摘 要
【目的】探究生物炭不同使用量以及与磷肥配施对于棉花不同生育期生长和产量的影响。【方法】采取双因素随机区组试验,设置3个生物炭水平:0、5、30 t hm2和2个磷肥水平:0、200 kg P2O5 hm2,测定不同生育期的根系形态、植株生物量、叶面积、产量及其构成。【结果】施加生物炭显著促进棉花在不同生育期的根系生长和生物量的积累,相同磷肥水平下施加生物炭的剂量与生长情况呈正相关。两者均可促进棉花总根长的伸长、总根表面积和体积的提高,但对于根系平均直径影响较小。生物炭配施磷肥可以促进作物整体的生物量的积累。在与磷肥配施的情况下,生物炭对于棉花生长和产量的促进更为明显,低剂量生物炭配施磷肥是所有处理中提升产量效果最好的。生物炭与磷肥对棉花产量及产量构成的影响没有显著的交互作用。【结论】施加生物炭并与磷肥配施能够促进棉花生长和产量提升,二者同施可以促进根系生长,提高生物量的积累,增加叶面积,提高产量。施加低剂量的生物炭配施磷肥对于产量的促进效果最好,施加高剂量的生物炭配施磷肥对于棉花的生长促进效果最为明显 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: *351916072*

EFFECTS OF COMBINED APPLICATION OF BIOCHAR AND PHOSPHATE FERTILIZER ON GROWTH AND YIELD OF COTTON
ABSTRACT
【Objective】To explore the effects of different amounts of biochar and combined application of phosphate fertilizer on growth and yield of cotton at different growth stages. 【Methods】A twofactor randomized block test was adopted to set 3 biochar levels: 0, 5, 30 t hm2 and 2 phosphate fertilizer levels: 0, 200 kg P2O5 hm2, to determine the root morphology at different growth stages, Plant biomass, leaf area, yield and its composition.【Result】The application of biochar significantly promoted the root growth and biomass accumulation of cotton in different growth stages. The dose of biochar applied to the same phosphate fertilizer level was positively correlated with growth. Both can promote the elongation of the total root length of cotton, increase the total root surface area and volume, but have little effect on the average root diameter. Biochar combined with phosphate fertilizer can promote the accumulation of biomass in the whole crop. In the case of combined application with phosphate fertilizer, biochar promotes the growth and yield of cotton more obviously. Lowdose biochar combined with phosphate fertilizer is the best in all treatments to increase yield. There is no significant interaction between biochar and phosphate fertilizer on cotton yield and yield composition.【Conclusion】Applying biochar and coapplication with phosphate fertilizer can promote cotton growth and yield increase. The same application of both can promote root growth, increase biomass accumulation, increase leaf area and increase yield. The application of lowdose biochar combined with phosphate fertilizer has the best effect on yield, and the application of highdose biochar combined with phosphate fertilizer has the most obvious effect on cotton growth.
