摘 要

理量为860m3/d,进水采用住宅小区沐浴排水。处理工艺选用CASS工艺、超滤、消毒相结合的工艺流程。CASS工艺能高效去除水中的大部分有机物,剩余污泥产量小,运行管理简单且占地面积小;超滤工艺在孔径选择适当时能去除99%以上的悬浮固体和99.99%以上的大肠杆菌,操作简便、设备使用周期长,且运行成本低;消毒采用紫外线消毒,杀菌范围广、速度快,不会引进新的杂质,且不会改变处理水的物化性质。该工艺流程运行稳定,操作简便、易于管理,对于运行人员的操作要求不高。设计出水符合《城市污水再生利用 城市杂用水水质》(GB/T189202002)标准,用于小区景观水补充、绿化浇灌、道路浇洒及汽车冲洗等用途。本设计处理效果稳定,且投资成本合理、运行成本低,具有良好的环境效益和经济效益。
DESING OF RECLAIMED WATER TREATMENT PROJECT IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
ABSTRACT
This Project is a design of reclaimed water treatment in a residential district in Nanjing, aiming at reusing the treated highquality drainage from residential buildings to substitute for running water, which is used for miscellaneous consumption, in order to make full use of water resources and save water. The design capacity is 860m3/d. The influent water is bath discharging in the residential area. The treatment process combines CASS, UF and disinfection. CASS can remove organic compound efficiently, of which the sludge output is small, having simple operation management and small land occupation. UF can remove over 99% of suspended solids and over 99.9% of Escherichia coli when choosing the proper aperture, being convenient to operate, having long service life equipment and low operation cost. Ultraviolet is used as disinfection, having wide disinfection scope and rapid killing action. The operation is simple and easy to manage, of which the requirements for operator are not high. The effluent water reaches the standard on the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water& Water Quality Standard for Urban Miscellaneous Water Consumption(GB/T18920), and is used for landscape water supplement, green irrigation, roads sprinkling and car washing. The treatment result is stable, and the investment and operation cost is reasonable, having good environmental and economic efficiency.
