Abstract：With the acceleration of population aging, the burden of providing for the aged in China is increasing. As a new type of mutual pension model, time bank model can effectively reduce the cost of pension and play an important role in alleviating the pressure of social pension. Taking Nanjing Yaofangmen Time Bank as an example, this paper points out that the time bank has insufficient volunteers and high degree of homogeneity of service, few kinds of goods in charity supermarket, inconvenient exchange, insufficient awareness among residents, shortcomings limited by region, weak specialty of operation and management team and information platform needs improvement. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the existing problems. Meanwhile, this paper also does research on both domestic and overseas examples.

绪论
（一）研究背景
从本世纪初开始，我国社会老龄化程度持续加深，总体趋势表现为老年人口数量增多、增长幅度大，社会中存在明显的未富先老现象。根据国家统计局的统计数据，在2009年至2018年的十年里，中国年龄在65周岁及以上的人口数量从11307万人提高至16658万人，增长率为47%，老年人口在总人口中的比例也进一步上升至11.9%。同时由于生活水平的提高，人口的预期寿命也在不断延长，2010年至2015年这一数据从74.83岁增长到了76.34岁。根据国际标准，我国已进入严重老龄化阶段。由此可见，如何解决老年人养老问题是我国社会保障发展道路上必须解决的重要问题。
