摘 要
大穗型水稻弱势粒灌浆差是制约产量和品质发展的重要因素,水稻光合同化物转运特性与籽粒灌浆存在密切的关系,明确水稻同化物转运特性与弱势粒灌浆的关系,对于水稻产量与品质的提高具有重要意义。本研究选用两个纯合大穗型粳稻品系水稻(W1844和CJ03),通过不同施肥管理耦合抽穗期疏花方式,调控茎鞘非结构性碳水化合物的累积及分配,以解析大穗型水稻同化物转运特性与弱势粒灌浆的相关性 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ¥351916072¥

CORRELATION BETWEEN ASSIMILATE TRANSPORT CHARACTERISTICS AND INFERIOR GRAIN FILLING IN RICE (ORYZA SATIVA L.)
ABSTRACT
The poor inferior grain filling of large panicle type rice is an important factor restricting the development of yield and quality. There is a close relationship between the transport characteristics of photoassimilates and grain filling in rice. It is of great significance for the improvement of rice yield and quality to clarify the relationship between the transport characteristics of assimilates and inferior grain filling. In this study, two homozygous large panicle japonica rice lines (W1844 and CJ03) were selected to regulate the accumulation and distribution of nonstructural carbohydrates in stem and sheath by different fertilization management coupled with flower thinning at heading stage, so as to analyze the correlation between assimilate transport characteristics and inferior grains filling in large panicle rice. It was found that the ability of absorption and utilization of assimilates in inferior grains was the main factor affecting grain filling, and the ability of absorption and utilization of assimilates in inferior grains was related to sink size and variety; And the ability of absorption and utilization of assimilates in "sink" was an important factor affecting the synthesis and transport of assimilates in rice. The stronger the ability of absorption and utilization, the stronger the ability of assimilates synthesis and transport in rice stems and leaves.
