The Forecast and Analysis of Teachers’ Flow in Industry Characteristic Universities Based on Markov Model：

Abstract:As the primary resources of scientific research and education, universities’ teachers are the key factor for universities improving their core competence.With the deepen of the reform of higher education,in“Double Tops” construction,the teaching staff of industry characteristc universities expands rapidly.And there is a trend from “elitism” to “populization”.Therfore,it is a significant task for those universities to optimize allocation of human resources and improve the level of teaching staff.This paper starts with the state and problems of teaching staff construction in those universities.Taking one university in Nanjing as an example,Markov model is introduced to predict the trend of teachers’ troops in the quaintitative angle,which offers theories gist for optimizing.Based on this,the settle is discussed in detail from qualitative analysis angle.On account of the date, hope to put forward some practicable advice aiming at the issue and provide some references for futher study on universities’ teachers’ flow.
