Abstract：In recent years, with the rapid development of social market economy, the comprehensive quality requirements of business undergraduates, including human resource management majors, have been increasingly improved. As an important part of college education program, general education plays an indispensable role in business undergraduates. In this paper, using the case method to the United States, Britain and Hong Kong, China, 6 general education of university human resources management professional training scheme is studied and analyzed at University of Minnesota, the university of southern California, university of Oxford, Cambridge university, city university of Hong Kong and the commonness and characteristics of the Hong Kong polytechnic university, and for our country universities general education curriculum system to provide reference, improve business classes, undergraduate students majoring in human resource management in our countrys human capital, make its have the talent competition advantage in the job market.

其次，通识教育的另一重要目的是要传达学生趋向完美素质人才，引导商科类本科生回归高等教育的本真，如今现实社会面临生存和发展的巨大压力和动力，[5]通识教育能够打造学生在理想与现实间的相对平衡，从而塑造均衡发展的优质品格。[6]
