Abstract
In recent years, with the rise of iQiyi, Youku and other online video platforms, film and television practitioners have turned their eyes more on online novels with great popularity and sufficient adaptation space in the Internet age. The situation of the drama has become an increasingly common phenomenon. According to this phenomenon, some experts say that this is the "second wave of literary adaptation of film and television." In such a wave, the adaptation of the film and television works has success and failure. Taking the film and television works adapted from the online novel "Ghost Blowing Lights" as the object, from the perspective of cultural industry development, this paper explores the reasons for the rise and success of these online novels, and hopes to provide ideas and reference for practitioners who make online novels and film adaptations. .
This thesis consists of seven parts. The first chapter mainly introduces the reasons, background and purpose of the adaptation of online novels, introduces the research status and research methods, the second chapter reviews the history of the adaptation of online novels, and the third chapter analyzes the adaptation of online novels. At present, the fourth chapter analyzes the case of the series of "Ghost Blowing Lights" in the adaptation of online novels. 1.1研究背景与研究意义
1.1.1研究背景
近些年来，随着移动互联网时代的到来，在文化产业之中，整合文化产业链的上下游，形成集聚效应的模式屡见不鲜，以近年来在文化产业积极布局的腾讯为代表，五十亿收购盛大文学后，整合腾讯其他的资源组成了阅文集团，上市之后阅文集团的市值已经超过了600亿，除此之外腾讯动漫，腾讯影视，一条以网络小说作为源头的文化产业链已然成型，网络小说改编成影视作品成为了越来越常见的事情。
1.1.2研究意义
笔者出于对文化产业链发展的关心，对于我国新兴文化产业发展的重视，选取了网络小说改编影视作品兴起与成功的原因作为研究的方向，试图以一个横切面来展现当前网络小说所形成的文化产业链的一些特点，同时也能给网络小说改编影视作品提供一些有利于进行更好的影视改编的建议，同时希望引起更多的人对于网络小说的文化产业链的关注，能够起到抛砖引玉的效果。

本文以网络小说改编影视作品为研究对象，通过回顾网络小说改编影视作品的历史，再调查分析网络小说改编影视作品的现状，整合出一些详实具体的数据，然后再以著名网络小说《鬼吹灯》为例，选取此系列为例是因为《鬼吹灯》这套网络小说改编的影视作品类型上电视剧和电影都有，成功和受到挫折的改编都有，所以能够进行对比分析，后面再分析概况网络小说改编影视作品兴起与成功的原因，最后对网络小说改编影视作品进行总结与展望。
