我国农业保险行业的现状研究
摘 要
现阶段，农业保险已在全世界各主要国家推广，中国作为农业大国，农业保险的存在将有利于农业产业发展及社会经济进步。在促进农业发展的主要原因有人口数量的大量增长、经济社会的告诉发展、自然灾害的频繁发生、保险保障制度的完善等方面。农业保险作为保障农民生产利益的重要手段，将可成为农村农业发展的重要抓手，随着国家在农业保险发展领域政策的完善，以补贴、减税为主要形式的扶持方式将在一定程度上促进农业保险的不断发展。但是，当前我国农业保险发展领域仍旧存在政策不完善、推广落实不到位等问题。因此，研究我国农业保险行业的现状及其存在的问题，是促进农业保险发展的重要思路之一。
本文基于历史与现状、理论与实践等，在阐述农业保险相关理论基础上，通过我国农业保险现状的视角，剖析当前行业发展存在的主要问题，并从国外发达国家农业保险发展的先进经验为辅，提出了利于我国农业保险行业发展的对策建议。
 RESEARCH ON THE CURRENT SITUATION OF AGRICULTURAL INSURANCE INDUSTRY IN CHINA
ABSTRACT
At the present stage, agricultural insurance has been promoted in major countries all over the world. As a large agricultural country, the existence of agricultural insurance will be conducive to the development of agricultural industry and social and economic progress. The main reasons for promoting agricultural development are the large growth of population, the development of economy and society, the frequent occurrence of natural disasters, the improvement of insurance system and so on. As an important means to protect farmers production interests, agricultural insurance will become an important starting point for rural agricultural development. With the improvement of national policies in the field of agricultural insurance development, subsidies and tax cuts as the main forms of support will promote the continuous development of agricultural insurance to a certain extent. However, there are still some problems in the field of agricultural insurance development in China, such as imperfect policies and poor implementation. Therefore, it is one of the important ways to promote the development of agricultural insurance to study the current situation and existing problems of agricultural insurance industry in China.
