2013年，习主席主席首次提出了“精准扶贫”的理念。精准扶贫发展到现在，经过了持续的完善和发展，如今正是脱贫攻坚的冲刺时期。精准扶贫政策对贫困户的影响是否有成效，在扶贫过程中遇到的问题，以及如何解决这些问题，是本文研究的重点。根据精准扶贫调查数据结果分析可得，精准扶贫政策对贫困户的帮扶成效很好。同时，农户对精准扶贫政策的了解和满意度都很好。经过三个案例分析对比，可以更清楚地看到当地贫困户的致贫原因和精准扶贫政策的成效。分析得出当地精准扶贫时扶贫人员的工作和考核的存在的问题，农户的配合度。同时，当地也存在基础设施薄弱，缺少龙头企业带贫，农村创业少且难，农村资源匮乏且利用率不高的问题。由此我们建议要提高帮扶工作人员的责任心，加快基础设施建设，夯实扶贫产业发展的根基，注重教育等建议。

Abstract：In 2013, President Xi Jinping first proposed the concept of “precise poverty alleviation”. Accurate poverty alleviation has developed to the present, and after continuous improvement and development, it is now the sprint period of poverty alleviation. Whether the impact of precise poverty alleviation policies on poor households is effective, the problems encountered in the process of poverty alleviation, and how to solve these problems are the focus of this paper.
This paper adopts the methods of theoretical research and empirical research. The first part is the introduction. Firstly, it analyzes the research background, objectives and significance, then combs the domestic and foreign literatures, and finally puts forward the research content, the research methods, technical routes and possible innovations and deficiencies. The second part is the local situation and the implementation of the precise poverty alleviation policy. The third part is the analysis of the results of the precision poverty alleviation survey data. From the analysis of subjective options and the analysis of annual changes in subsidies and income, the effectiveness of local precision poverty alleviation is shown. The fourth part is the case study. I analyze the typical cases of poverty alleviation, poverty alleviation but good results, and poverty alleviation. The fifth part is to analyze the problems of accurate poverty alleviation work and objects. The sixth part is to put forward policy recommendations based on the existing problems of precision poverty alleviation. The seventh part is the summary and outlook.
