Abstract：Leisure agriculture is a new type of industry that connects the first, second and third industries and combines agriculture with leisure. It has economic, social and ecological functions. The development of leisure agriculture can optimize the industrial structure of agriculture, promote the transformation and development of agriculture, and open up new roads for the development of agriculture, so as to promote the development of rural areas, enable farmers to walk on the road of moderate prosperity, and realize the revitalization of rural areas. The state has repeatedly put forward the development of leisure agriculture in the no. 1 central document to develop the modern agricultural industry system. Especially in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the development of agriculture and rural areas has become a top priority. In this paper, the development of leisure agriculture in xiaoyi city and the factors affecting the development of leisure agriculture are studied in depth, the development level of leisure agriculture in xiaoyi city is judged accurately, and some existing problems are analyzed, including not prominent characteristics, infrastructure is not perfect, the quality of the practitioners is not high. Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and reasonable Suggestions are given. In order to promote the development of leisure agriculture in xiaoyi city and help farmers get rich.
