改革开放30年来，中国经济受到全球关注。其中，对外贸易在经济成长、经济拉动、工业变革中起着重要作用，外贸在经济发展中的作用日益明显。这将对国民经济的可持续发展产生重大影响。随着国际金融危机和持续的欧债危机，世界各国在一定程度上面临着经济困难。各国为了保护本国产业，制定了各种贸易保护措施，以寻找救济国内经济下降的措施。在这期间，中国是世界上最大的产品出口国，被多次被抨击。近年来，反倾销税是中国重要的非关税贸易壁垒。中国已成为许多国家反倾销措施的主要目标，给中国出口业带来巨大损失。这篇文章以美国反中国倾销为例，从企业生产率方面考察了国外反倾销的微观影响。文章总结了在2003年到2009年间美国对华反倾销事件，而且对有关事件的国内出口企业进行了实证研究。根据实证结果，反倾销对国内生产企业的生产率有明显的抑制作用，而这种抑制作用与征收的反倾销税直接相关。

Abstract：Since 30 years of reform and openingup, Chinas economy has received global attention. Among them, foreign trade plays an important role in economic growth, economic pull, industrial reform, and foreign trade plays an increasingly obvious role in economic development. This will have a significant impact on the sustainable development of the national economy. With the international financial crisis and the continued European debt crisis, the world is facing economic difficulties to a certain extent. In order to protect their own industries, various trade protection measures have been formulated in order to find measures to remedy the decline of domestic economy. In the meantime, China, the worlds largest exporter of products, has been criticized many times.The collection of antidumping duties is the nontariff trade barriers China has repeatedly encountered in recent years, China has become the primary target of many countries antidumping measures, which has caused great losses to Chinas relevant export industries. This paper takes the us antidumping on China as an example to study the microcosmic influence of antidumping on foreign countries from the perspective of enterprise productivity. This paper summarizes the information of US antidumping cases encountered by China globally from 2003 to 2009 as well as the domestic export enterprises involved for empirical research. The empirical results show that foreign antidumping against China significantly inhibits the productivity of domestic production enterprises, and the magnitude of the inhibitory effect is positively correlated with the imposed antidumping rate.
