犬胰腺炎的诊断与治疗
摘要
犬胰腺炎是常见的犬类疾病，多发于肥胖犬只，患犬胰腺炎的病犬通常会有精神沉郁、呕吐、腹痛的症状。临床上常通过犬胰腺炎快速检测试纸进行确诊，该病用药灵活，以去除病因、对症治疗和抗菌消炎为治疗原则。本文以派特宠物医院4月来院诊治的一例犬胰腺炎为基础，从其病因、诊断和治疗进行分析总结。患犬来院后，进行了全血细胞计数检查，结果显示血清脂肪酶和血清淀粉酶含量异常升高，怀疑其患有犬胰腺炎，通过SNAP®cPL™犬胰腺炎特异性脂肪酶试剂进行确诊，结果为阳性；通过X光检查怀疑其肠内有异物并通过手术确诊。治疗期间，药物疗效多以营养、止吐、抑制胰腺分泌和抗菌消炎为主。静脉滴注头孢喹肟、奥美拉唑和各类营养物质以起到抗菌消炎、抑制胃酸分泌和营养机体的作用；皮下注射止吐宁和奥曲肽可减轻呕吐反应，抑制胰腺的分泌；口服胰酶以促进消化。本文通过总结国内外文献，结合实际病例，分析犬胰腺炎的诊断和治疗方法，并对其预防提出一些建议，为临床上犬胰腺炎的诊断和治疗提供一定的参考。
DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF CANINE PANCREATITIS
Abstract
Canine pancreatitis is one of common disease in dogs that occurs mostly in obese dogs. Most of the dogs suffer from depression, vomiting and abdominal pain. The diagnosis was made based on the results obtained from the canine pancreatic lipase immunological. The disease is flexible in medication, with removing the cause, symptomatic treatment and antibacterial and antiinflammatory treatment principles. This article is based on a case of canine pancreatitis that was diagnosed and treated by Pat Pet Hospital in April, and summarizes its causes, diagnosis and treatment. After the dog came to the hospital, it had a complete blood count test, and the results showed that serum lipase and serum amylase were abnormally elevated. Suspected of having canine pancreatitis, the diagnosis was confirmed by SNAP®cPL ™ canine pancreatitisspecific lipase reagent, and the result was positive. Xray examination suspected a foreign body in the intestine and confirmed the operation. During the treatment period, the main therapeutic effects of the drug are nutrition, antiemetic, suppression of pancreatic secretion, antibacterial and antiinflammatory. Intravenous infusion of cefquinoxime, omeprazole and various nutrients to play the role of antibacterial and antiinflammatory, inhibit gastric acid secretion and nutrition body. Subcutaneous injection of antitonin and octreotide can reduce vomiting reaction and inhibit pancreatic secretion. Oral pancreatin can promote digestion. The article summarizes domestic and foreign literature. It analyzes the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis, makes some suggestions for its prevention by combining the actual cases, and provides certain reference materials for the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis in clinic.
