犬巴贝斯虫的诊断与治疗研究
摘 要
犬巴贝斯虫病，是一种寄生在红细胞中，分布广泛的血液原虫病。其主要通过蜱虫叮咬传播，也可以通过输血、胎盘和污染的器械等途径传播。临床症状主要是精神不振、发热、贫血、黄疸、厌食，严重者肝肾出现广泛性损伤，可能出现多器官功能不全综合征。治疗巴贝斯虫病的总体原则为：对因治疗，对症治疗及营养支持疗法。由于本病治疗周期长，易复发，费用高，并且有死亡风险，故近年来引起兽医界的广泛关注。
因此，对近几年报告的犬巴贝斯虫病例的发病原因、发病特点、临床表现以及诊治情况等进行统计分析，能够帮助我们加深对这一疾病的认识，为临床工作者提供一定的参考。本课题收集了20162020年间阜阳市乐康宠物医院共58篇犬巴贝斯虫病例报告。发病率较高的多为大型犬，年龄集中于14岁。犬巴贝斯虫可通过临床表现以及实验室检测的相关指标进行确诊，其治疗原则需要围绕着药物杀虫、纠正电解质及酸碱平衡紊乱、治疗并发症以及对症治疗来进行。经过适时的治疗，大多数病例预后良好，病情得到控制，达到预期效果。

smitted by tick bite, blood transfusion, placenta and contaminated instruments. The main clinical symptoms are low spirit, fever, anemia, jaundice, anorexia. In severe cases, extensive liver and kidney damage may occur, and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome may occur. The general principles of babesiasis treatment are: treatment for cause, treatment for symptom and nutritional support. Because of its long treatment cycle, easy recurrence, high cost and risk of death, this disease has attracted wide attention of veterinary community in recent years.
Therefore, statistical analysis of the causes, characteristics, clinical manifestations, diagnosis and treatment of Babesia canis cases reported in recent years can help us deepen our understanding of the disease and provide some reference for clinical workers. In this study, 58 cases of Babesia canis were collected from Lekang pet hospital of Fuyang City from 2016 to 2020. The incidence rate is mostly large dogs, age is 14 years old. Babesia canis can be diagnosed by clinical manifestations and laboratory tests. Its treatment principles need to focus on drug insecticidal, correction of electrolyte and acidbase disorders, treatment of complications and symptomatic treatment. After timely treatment, the prognosis of most cases is good, the condition is controlled, and the expected effect is achieved.
