随着社会经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的快速提高，人们开始越来越多的关注犬的健康。由于动物之间的打斗、高空坠落、车祸事故等原因所导致的犬四肢骨折的发病率也逐年升高。本文通过收集犬四肢骨折相关的文献资料，对包含桡尺骨、胫腓骨、肱骨和股骨骨折的临床症状、手术过程以及预后情况进行了分析对比，探讨了案例中外固定方法和内固定方法（骨板、髓内针、钢丝单独或联合使用）等不同治疗方法对犬四肢骨折治疗效果，总结出最合适的犬四肢骨折的治疗方法以供临床参考。
DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF LIMB FRACTURE IN DOGS
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of social economy and the rapid improvement of living standards, people begin to pay more and more attention to the health of dogs. Because of animal fighting, falling, accidents and other reasons, the incidence rate of dog limbs fractures has also increased year by year. In this paper, the clinical symptoms, surgical procedures and prognosis of fractures of four different positions of limb fracture, including radius, ulna, tibiofibula, humerus and femur, were analyzed based on a large number of literatures. Then, curative effect of different treatment methods were discussed, including external fixation method and internal fixation method (bone plate, intramedullary needle, wire alone or in combination). At last, the most appropriate treatment of limb fracture in dogs is suggested, which is of great importance for clinical remedy.

随着中国经济的飞速发展和大众生活水平的快速提高，人们有了较为富足的物质生活的同时，也在不断提高对精神生活的追求。故此，犬作为宠物越来越多的走入了我们的生活，成为人们的精神寄托。而车祸、人为损伤、动物间争斗、从高处跌落等众多原因均可能导致犬的四肢骨折。目前，犬类在临床上的骨折病例不断增加，而犬四肢骨折的诊疗又是一项既复杂又精细的工作，这对宠物医院的医疗设备和兽医师的临床技术提出了更高的要求。
