5例犬胰腺炎的诊疗
摘要
胰腺炎是犬常见的一种内科疾病，犬胰腺炎的成因是胰蛋白酶原由于各种条件的刺激而被提前被激活为胰蛋白酶，使胰腺发生自体消化反应而导致胰腺红肿热痛机能障碍等一系列病变。诊断胰腺炎的金标准是进行病理组织学的检查，但受限于犬只的生命条件等原因，现今检查犬胰腺炎的方法大多利用犬特异性胰腺脂肪酶检测结合影像学的诊断、临床症状等进行确诊。本文将通过分析5例自宠物医院获取的犬胰腺炎的诊断资料，进行犬胰腺炎的诊断、治疗的分析。其中，第一例是犬胰腺炎伴发肝损伤，宠物医院运用爱德士犬胰腺炎快速检测板、血常规、血液生化等指标进行系统诊断，并通过分别治疗犬胰腺炎、肝损伤以及中药治疗的方法获得了良好的预后；第二例是犬急性胰腺炎，通过富士公司出品的FDC NX500iVC+生化分析仪以及B超检测，并通过去除病因、对症治疗的方法获得了良好的预后；最后三例仅提供患胰腺炎病犬的B超图像，以助于临床上更准确地对犬胰 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ^351916072^

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF 5 CASES OF PANCREATITIS IN DOGS
ABSTRACT
Pancreatitis is a common internal disease in dogs. The cause of pancreatitis in dogs is that trypsinogen is activated as trypsin in advance due to stimulation of various conditions, which leads to a series of pathological changes such as dysfunction of pancreatic redness, swelling, hot pain and so on. The gold standard for the diagnosis of pancreatitis is to carry out histopathological examination, but limited by the life conditions of dogs and other reasons, most of the current methods for the detection of canine pancreatitis are based on the detection of canine specific pancreatic lipase combined with imaging diagnosis and clinical symptoms. This article will analyze the diagnosis and treatment of canine pancreatitis by analyzing the diagnosis data of 5 cases obtained from pet hospital. Among them, the first case was canine pancreatitis accompanied by liver injury. Pet hospital used EDX rapid pancreatitis detection plate, complete blood count, blood biochemical and other indicators for systematic diagnosis, The dog obtained good prognosis through the treatment of canine pancreatitis, liver injury and traditional Chinese medicine treatment respectively. The second case was canine acute pancreatitis, through FDC Nx500ivc + biochemical analyzer produced by Fuji company and Bultrasound detection, and through the removal of etiology, symptomatic treatment method to obtain a good prognosis. The last three cases only provide Bultrasound images of dogs suffering from pancreatitis, in order to help clinical more accurate imaging diagnosis of canine pancreatitis. These 5 cases will provide reference for clinical veterinarians to diagnose and treat canine pancreatitis more accurately.
