摘 要
为研究鸡舍颗粒粉尘对肉鸡肝脏功能的影响,试验选择16只体重相近的21日龄AA肉鸡,分为对照组和暴露组,每组8个重复。对照组暴露在新鲜空气下(TSP浓度:0.657 mg/m3;PM10浓度:0.327 mg/m3;PM2.5浓度:0.256 mg/m3);暴露组(TSP浓度:8.111 mg/m3;PM10浓度:4.479 mg/m3;PM2.5浓度:1.976 mg/m3),采用全身暴露法,每天暴露2h,连续暴露14天。结果发现,颗粒物暴露对肉鸡肝脏指数和肝脏组织结构没有显著影响,肝脏组织 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ¥351916072¥

EFFECTS OF PARTICULATE MATTER EXPOSURE ON LIVER MORPHOLOGY AND ANTIOXIDANT INDEX OF BROILERS
ABSTRACT
In order to study the effect of chicken farms particulate matter on the liver function of broilers, 16 21dayold AA broilers of similar body weight were selected and divided into a control group and an exposure group with 8 replicates in each group. The control group was exposed to fresh air (TSP concentration: 0.657 mg / m3; PM10 concentration: 0.327 mg / m3; PM2.5 concentration: 0.256 mg / m3); the exposed group (TSP concentration: 8.111 mg / m3; PM10 concentration: 4.479 mg / m3; PM2 .5 concentration: 1.976 mg / m3), using systemic exposure method, daily exposure for 2h, continuous exposure for 14 days. The results showed that the exposure of particulate matter had no significant effect on the liver index and liver tissue structure of broilers, the total antioxidant capacity (TAOC) content of liver tissue was significantly reduced, and there was no significant effect on the activity of catalase (CAT) and glutathione peroxidase (GSHPx). The results of the study showed that the exposure of particulate matter in the chicken farms affects the liver function of broilers and reduces the livers antioxidant capacity.
