1细胞穿刺技术在犬肿瘤的细胞病理学诊断中具有较为重要的意义，本研究收集临床上常见的肿块病例，采用5 mL注射器刺入组织进行抽吸或者直接用针头反复刺入组织采样，然后进行涂片、干燥、固定、瑞氏姬姆萨染色。显微镜镜检观察细胞的大小和异形性，细胞质的特征，细胞核的特征等，对肿块做出病理学诊断。通过细胞病理学及其他检查诊断结果显示非肿瘤病例1例，为腋下脓肿，细胞涂片显示大量的中性粒细胞。良性肿瘤1例，细胞涂片显示细胞大小均一的梭形细胞，诊断为纤维瘤。恶性肿瘤3例，分别为骨肉瘤1例，细胞大小不均一，细胞质呈梭形，细胞核圆形，大小不一，中度高核质比；皮肤鳞状上皮癌1例，细胞成簇排列，细胞核圆形、椭圆形，组织病理学显示病灶中心部有角化性癌珠，在癌细胞团内有很多分裂象，周围淋巴细胞和浆细胞浸润；睾丸支持细胞瘤1例，肿瘤细胞圆形，中度高核质比，单个排列或成堆聚集，胞浆嗜碱性，中度明显的空泡。细胞核含有细微的斑点状染色质。本研究通过细胞穿刺技术对临床的肿块病例进行诊断，为肿瘤病例的临床诊断、治疗以及预后判断提供重要的参考依据。

Cytological Diagnosis of Canine tumor

Abstract: Fineneedle aspiration is of great significance in the cytopathological diagnosis of canine tumors. In the study, several clinical cases of common lumps were collected, which aspirated by 5mL syringes or needles and being smeared, dried, fixed, dyed with Giemsa. Through the microscopic examination of these smears, to observe the size and shape of cells, the characteristics of cytoplasm and nucleus, which helps to make pathological diagnosis of the lumps. The results of needle aspiration pathology and other diagnosis techniques shows: 1 case is nontumorous, which is an axillary abscess. The smear shows abundant neutrophils. 1 case is a benign tumor, the smear of which shows spindle cells in uniform size, diagnosed with fibroma. 3 cases are malignant tumors, respectively, 1 case of which is an osteosarcoma, and the smear shows anisocytosis, anisokaryosis and moderate variable nucleartoplasmic ratio; 1 case of which is a skin squamous cell carcinoma, the smear of which shows clusters or sheets of cells and round to oval nucleis. The histopathological result shows keratinized cancerous pearls in the center of the lesion, karyokinesis in carcinoma cell clusters and infiltration with peripheral lymphocytes and plasma cells; 1 case of which is a testicular cell tumor, and the smear shows round cells individually or in small clusters , which have moderate to high N/C ratio, basophilic cytoplasmic and moderate to obvious vacuoles, and the nucleus contains subtle spotted chromatin. In this study, the fineneedle aspiration technique is applied to diagnose clinical cases of lumps, which provide significant reference for the clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumors.
