摘 要近年来，由于种种原因，失独家庭不断增多，失独老人的数量也在不断增长。在人口老龄化日益加重的社会背景中，失独老人面临着各方面越来越多的压力和问题。针对这些情况，政府出台了一些相关政策给予失独家庭一定的帮助，从宏观角度给予失独家庭经济、保障和精神方面的支持。但就目前来看，失独家庭普遍存在的一些生活方面的困境并无法被政府政策完全解决，而是需要其他方面力量的介入。由此我们从社会工作的视角出发，运用社会工作的方法尝试对失独家庭的困境情况进行分析，从宏观角度无法介入的方向给失独家庭提供专业帮助。本文使用文献法对于政府给予失独家庭社会保障方面的内容、人口老龄化及城市养老问题的相关文献和规定进行了解；通过个案研究法对于所接触到的城市失独家庭进行个案访谈，了解城市失独家庭的需求和生活现状，并在访谈结束后分析该城市失独家庭的情况并给给出一定的建议。通过以上的研究，根据所了解的文献和个案，对于城市失独家庭的现状、需求及生活重建困境进行总结和分析，并提出社会工作对于城市失独家庭的介入方法和建议，做出社会工作介入城市失独家庭的反思。

Abstract
In recent years, due to various reasons, the number of Shidu families is increasing, and the number of Shidu elderly is also increasing. In the growing social background of population ageing, the elderly who lost their only child face more and more pressure and problems. In response to these circumstances, the government has issued some relevant policies to give Shidu families some help, and from a macro perspective to give Shidu families financial, security and spiritual support. But for now, some of the difficulties that are common to Shidu families can not be completely solved by government policies, but need the intervention of other forces. From the perspective of social work, we try to analyze the plight of Shidu families with the method of social work, and provide professional help to Shidu families from the macroscopic perspective.
This article uses the method of literature to understand the content of social security for Shidu families, the related literature and Regulations of population ageing and Urban oldage care; Through the method of case study, this paper conducts case interviews with the Urban Shidu families that they come into contact with, so as to understand the needs and living conditions of the Urban Shidu families At the end of the interview, the author analyzes the situation of Shidu families in the city and gives some suggestions.
Based on the above research, this paper summarizes and analyzes the present situation, needs and difficulties of life reconstruction of Shidu families in cities, and puts forward the intervention methods and suggestions of social work for SHIDU FAMILIES IN CITIES Reflection on social work in the city Shidu family.
