社会工作介入社区治理研究——基于南京市部分公共服务机构
摘要
当前我国城市社区管理中存在社会治理能力弱与社会服务能力不足的两难困境，缺乏系统完善的社区管理体系。本文以南京市部分居委会、老年公寓、老年服务中心、残疾人中心等公共服务机构为例，通过实地调研描述和分析其在公共服务供给以及在服务管理中所存在的问题。十九大提出共建共治共享的局面，如何形成良性的社区自治循环？作者分析了社会工作的发展形势和介入社区治理的可行性，试图以社会工作介入，来优化公共资源的供给效率加强社区治理。再从辅助管理、教育宣传、资源服务整合三个途径分析其在社区治理中发挥的作用。此 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ^351916072* 
外，指出社工行业自律、以及社工组织的管理自主性对介入社区治理成效的影响，以期为社会工作介入社区治理研究提供借鉴，提升社区治理的效果，建设社区共治共享新局面。
Research On Social Work Intervention In Community Governance ——Based On Some Public Service Institutions In Nanjing
ABSTRACT
At present, there are two dilemmas in urban community management: weak social governance ability and insufficient social service ability. This paper takes some public service institutions such as Nanjing residents committee, senior apartment, senior service center and disabled center as examples, describes and analyzes their problems in public service supply and service management through field survey. The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the situation of CO governance and sharing? The author analyzes the development situation of social work and the feasibility of intervention in community governance, and tries to optimize the supply efficiency of public resources and strengthen community governance with the intervention of social work. Then from the auxiliary management, the education propaganda, the resources service conformity three ways analyzes its function in the community governance. In addition, it points out that the selfdiscipline of social work industry and the autonomy of management of social work organizations have an impact on the effectiveness of community governance.
