2017年对于建筑企业具有重大意义，在这一年中建筑企业的改革与发展是不可忽视的，到如今的2018年基本已经稳定。主体结构质量的验收控制必不可少，近年时有工程因质量而产生问题，其中以主体结构为最，加大主体结构验收质量控制必不可少。 坚持我国方针“可持续发展”的这些年来，建筑行业进入了一个以肉眼可见的速度发展，其中建筑物的主体框架结构更是以混凝土为主材料。在这发展时期，混凝土施工技术成为各施工企业的重点，在各大施工企业的共同进步与完善之下，混凝土施工技术得到了一个质的提升，发展至今，混凝土并未被取代建筑物的主材料，相反还成为了建筑物中不可或缺的组成部分。建筑物的稳定、可靠、整体以及安全性取决于混凝土质量的好坏。由于建设单位追求工期、工作效率，对下面分包工人不加以监督，监理单位监管不落实，施工单位下人员的技术不达到标准，加上施工单位以赚钱为由，对部分施工采取偷工减料，为主体结构的安全性埋下了一颗定时炸弹。因此，本文采取对主体结构验收质量控制研究，对建筑行业的发展具有不可忽视的影响。通过对主体结构验收质量控制的研究，阐述了目前主体结构验收质量控制方面存在的问题。对主体结构施工的一些建设程序，阐述了质量控制的具体过程与步骤。结合对真实案例的研究，讨论了主体结构质量控制研究的作用。在此希望通过对本论文的研究与讨论，能为主体结构质量控制提供一定的价值与经验。
