现代化房屋建筑工程施工规模不断扩大，其工程质量不仅关系到人身财产安全，也与项目实际投资密切相关。基于此，相关人员需要了解房屋建筑工程施工质量管理与控制的重要性，结合工程施工特点，强化对工程施工前、施工中以及施工后的质量控制，加强对施工技术与施工工艺的有效控制，以保障施工质量，提高施工效率。随着现代化的不断推进，传统的建筑工程在生产和管理上随之做出了相应的变化，使得质量管理工作也面临了严峻的挑战，例如生产机械化、预制化；管理信息化和规范化等。在这样的时代浪潮下为了保证施工现场管理工作的效率与规范，就不得不结合当前实际的管理环境，开拓新式管理方法，增强现场管理水平，保障工程建设的质量。本文初步探讨研究了施工现场管理方法在工程质量控制中的效果以及施工现场管理在房建工程质量控制中的作用分析。

With the continuous expansion of modern housing construction scale, the engineering quality is not only related to personal and property safety, but also closely related to the actual investment of the project . Based on this, relevant personnel need to understand the importance of housing construction quality management and control, combined with the characteristics of engineering construction, strengthen the quality control before, during and after construction, strengthen the effective control of construction technology and construction process, so as to ensure the construction quality and improve the construction efficiency.
With the continuous advancement of modernization, the traditional construction engineering has made corresponding changes in production and management, making the quality management work also face severe challenges, such as production mechanization, prefabrication; management informatization and standardization. In this era, in order to ensure the efficiency and standardization of construction site management, we have to combine with the current actual management environment, develop new management methods, enhance the site management level, and ensure the quality of engineering construction.

在建筑行业稳定发展的背景下，建筑工程项目施工现场管理水平和方式方法也在不断创新，但是新的问题也在不断的涌现。为了能够更好的满足现代建筑工程管理的需要，就应该认真总结现场管理经验，剖析当前在现场施工管理中的不足，对影响施工现场管理的各种因素进行全面分析，并针对实际情况，合理的将现代企业管理科学融入到施工现场管理当中，形成有行业特色、企业特色的管理模式，大幅度提升管理效果，让工程项目的质量、安全、效益得到更大的保障，让企业得到更好的发展。
