Abstract
Houttuynia cordata is a plant of the Saurochaeteaceae. According to the Pharmacopoeia, its medicinal parts are fresh whole plants or dried aerial parts. Fresh Houttuynia cordata can be harvested throughout the year, and the season of dry Houttuynia cordata is mainly summer. At this time, the stems and leaves of Houttuynia cordata grow vigorously and have more spikes. The inorganic impurities are removed and dried and stored. The active ingredient flavonoids in Houttuynia cordifolia has been discovered through modern pharmacology that flavonoids can keep blood vessels soft and free radicals can be eliminated. The clinical effect of Houttuynia cordata flavonoids is significant, and Houttuynia cordata is homologous as a medicine and food. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the content determination of Houttuynia cordata flavonoids. This article is based on the quantitative study of the physical properties of flavonoids. Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used for quantitative study: the maximum absorption wavelength was established at 510 nm, and the standard curve was plotted, showing a good linear relationship between mass concentration and absorbance in the range of 0.10.5mg/mL mg/mL (R2=0.9997). The average recovery rate was 99.5%, and the RSD was 0.36%, indicating that the recovery rate was good. The UV spectrophotometry established in this paper has high sensitivity, high accuracy, good stability and relative ease of operation, which further guarantees the rational development and safe use of Houttuynia cordata.

1绪论
1.1选题背景
鱼腥草是三白草科多年生草本植物蕺菜的带根全草,其别名有折耳根[1]。2015年版中国药典一部记载鱼腥草其功效与主治为:清热解毒、消臃排脓。主要应用于临床上的细菌感染引起的上呼吸道疾病如肺吐脓,痰热喘咳等,以及应用于泌尿系统疾病如热淋和肠道疾病热痢,还可以应用于温热病热毒炽盛疮毒等病证[2];现代药理研究发现鱼腥草可作用于免疫系统具有改善机体免疫力药理的作用,还有抗肿瘤等作用[3]。国内对于鱼腥草的研究最早始于1971年,由于鱼腥草素不稳定,国内学者首先对于癸酰乙醛(鱼腥草素)进行了现代合成研究并最终成功人工合成了鱼腥草素的加成物(亚硫酸氢钠),在一定程度上解决了天然产物鱼腥草素的不稳定性,相信随着科学技术的进步与研究人员的不懈努力对于鱼腥草的有效成分的研究会有光明的前景。本课题以芦丁为对照品,建立了以紫外分光光度法和绘制标准曲线生成线性回归方程从而对鱼腥草黄酮进行含量测定,故而为鱼腥草的安全开发利用和质量标准的修订提供了参考的依据。
