摘 要
类胡萝卜素是一类广泛存在于各种动植物及微生物体中的重要天然色素。动物自身不能内源性合成类胡萝卜素,只能从食物中获取。近年来,类胡萝卜素作为一种重要的生理活性物质引起人们越来越多的关注,其不仅具有良好的着色作用,还具有较强的抗氧化作用,在提高机体免疫性能、抵抗外来应激方面亦发挥着重要作用。目前越来越多研究发现人类的健康不仅与自身的遗传因素有关,还与肠道微生物基因组相关。已经有大量研究表明肠道菌群的组成与丰度变化与多种疾病有密切关系,然而有关类胡萝卜素对小鼠肠道微生物组的作用尚未得到充分研究。由于虾青素相较于其他类胡萝卜素具有更强的抗氧化和增强免疫等作用,且对肠道微生物也具有独特的作用。因此本研究通过对虾青素饮食干预组与正常饮食组的小鼠肠道微生物基因组测序数据进行处理及对比,统计分析两组的肠道菌群组成及丰度的差异性,来探讨饲料中添加类胡萝卜素对肠道微生物组成及丰度的影响,以期为预防和治疗肠道菌群失调引起的代谢性、免疫性等疾病提供理论依据。
ABSTRACT

sly in animals. Therefore, animals can only obtain carotenoids from diet. In recent years, carotenoids have attracted more and more attention as an important physiologically active substance. They present not only coloring effect, but also strong antioxidant effect, which improves the bodys immune system and protects from external stress. Various studies show that human health is not only related to its own genetic factors, but also to the gut microbiome. A large number of studies have shown that the composition and abundance of gut microbiome are closely associated with a variety of diseases. However, the effect of carotenoids on the gut microbiome of mice has not been fully studied. Compared with other types of carotenoids, astaxanthin (AST) presents stronger antioxidative and immuneenhancing effects, which may show specific effects on gut microbiome. However, the detail mechanism is not clear yet. Therefore, this current study focused on the analysis of microbiome sequencing data which was obtained from mice fed with control or AST diet. The differences in the composition and abundance of gut microbiome may provide theoretical basis for the treatment of metabolic and immune diseases caused by gut microbiome dysbiosis.

类胡萝卜素是一类主要由8个类异戊二烯单位组成的C40类萜化合物及其衍生物的总称[1]。因其不溶于水,而溶于脂肪溶剂,又称脂色素。类胡萝卜在自然界中广泛存在,动物不能内源性合成类胡萝卜素,只能通过摄食获取以用于自身的新陈代谢。天然类胡萝卜素本身具有良好的抗氧化[2]、抑制肿瘤生长[3]和增强免疫[4]等功能,对动物体健康具有积极的作用,因此广泛应用于食品、饲料和保健品中。
