猫脂肪肝的病例分析及防治
摘要
本研究以宠物医院搜集的三例猫脂肪肝为研究对象，先对猫脂肪肝的概念、病因学、临床症状、诊断思路、治疗方法及防控综合分析，再结合三例病例进行具体分析，总结归纳，为有效诊治和预防猫脂肪肝提供思考和借鉴。结果显示，猫脂肪肝多发于10岁以上的肥胖猫；主要临床症状表现为厌食、精神不佳、被毛粗乱、呕吐、黄疸等；实验室检查显示，白细胞增多，贫血，凝血功能下降，碱性磷酸酶和丙氨酸氨基转移酶显著升高，高胆红素血症和高血糖等，X线检查显示肝脏肿大，B超显示弥散性高声，多方面帮助确诊。导致猫发生脂肪肝的原因很多，主要分为原发性和继发性，原发性病因主要是肥胖，继发性包括多种，例如肝炎、胆管炎、腹膜炎和药物因素等等。猫脂肪肝治疗主要是对症输液治疗，保肝、利尿、纠正电解质，同时治疗并发症并加以营养支持，能够有效提高治愈率，达到95%以上，极大程度上提高了猫的生活质量水平。
CASE ANALYSIS AND PREVENTION OF CAT FATTY LIVER
ABSTRACT
This study took three cases of cat fatty liver collected by the pet hospital as the research object. It first analyzed the concept, etiology, clinical symptoms, diagnosis ideas, treatment methods and prevention and control of cat fatty liver, and then combined three cases for specific analysis. To sum up, it provides thoughts and references for the effective diagnosis and treatment of cat fatty liver.The results show that cat fatty liver is more common in obese cats over 10 years old.The main clinical symptoms are anorexia, poor mental health, rough coat, vomiting, jaundice, etc.Laboratory tests showed that leukocytosis, anemia, decreased coagulation function, alkaline phosphatase and alanine aminotransferase increased significantly, hyperbilirubinemia and hyperglycemia, Xray examination showed liver enlargement, Bultrasound It shows diffuse loudness and helps to confirm the diagnosis in many ways.There are many reasons that cause fatty liver in cats, which are mainly divided into primary and secondary. The primary cause is obesity, and the secondary causes include multiple types, such as hepatitis, cholangitis, peritonitis, drug factors, etc.The treatment of cat fatty liver is mainly symptomatic infusion therapy, liver protection, diuresis, electrolyte correction, and treatment of complications and nutritional support, which can effectively improve the cure rate, reaching more than 95%, greatly improving the quality of life of cats.
