摘 要
纤维瘤是一种良性的软组织肿瘤，通常多发于纤维结缔组织丰富的部位。一般来说，纤维瘤对猫的危害不大，很少有纤维瘤导致猫死亡的病例。宠物临床中，猫纤维瘤的发病率低，因此缺乏典型病例的相关报道。目前，猫纤维瘤的详细发病机制尚不明确，宠物临床上主要采用病理组织切片对猫纤维瘤进行鉴别诊断，并通过外科手术的方式切除瘤体以达到治疗目的。本文围绕宠物门诊上搜集到的1例比较典型的猫纤维瘤病例的诊断与治疗过程展开研究。该猫尾根部腹侧面有一鸽子蛋大小的圆顶样肿物，院方综合了影像学、病理组织学、外科手术学等多学科知识，为此猫制定了合理谨慎的诊断与治疗方案，且此猫至今愈后良好。同时，本文还结合了人类医学中关于纤维瘤诊治技术的研究进展，提出可借鉴之处，希望能够为未来猫纤维瘤诊治的相关研究提供思路。伴随着我国宠物医疗 *51今日免费论文网|www.jxszl.com +Q: ￥351916072$

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF FELINE FIBROMA
ABSTRACT
Fibromas are benign softtissue tumors, usually occurring in areas rich in fibrous connective tissue.Generally speaking, fibromas are less harmful to felines, and there are few cases where fibromas cause feline deaths.In pet clinics, the incidence of feline fibromas is low, so there are few reports of typical cases.At present, the detailed pathogenesis of feline fibromas is still unclear. In clinical pets, feline fibromas are mainly differentiated by pathological tissue sections, and the tumors are removed surgically to achieve the purpose of treatment.This article focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of a typical case of feline fibroma collected in the pet clinic.There was a domelike mass about the size of a pigeons egg on the ventral side of the root of the cats tail.In order to develop a reasonable and prudent diagnosis and treatment plan for this cat,the hospital has integrated multidisciplinary knowledge such as imaging, histopathology,and surgery.And the cat has recovered well so far.At the same time, this article also combines the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment technology of fibroma in human medicine, and puts forward some references, hoping to provide ideas for the future research on the diagnosis and treatment of feline fibromas.With the continuous development of pet medicine in China, the diagnosis and treatment technology for feline fibromas will become more and more complete.
