Abstract:In the study of human reproductive system diseases, experimental animals are important support conditions. The experimental mice with high reproductive rate, genetic homozygous, very suitable for reproductive research. We studied the histological morphology of testes and epididymis by selecting healthy male experimental mice, dissecting materials, routine paraffin production, HE staining and other methods.Manufacturing paraffin sections, HE staining is to view animal tissues, organs, one of the most direct and effective method. But many beginners in the paraffin section of the operation process, often there will be a variety of problems, such as slices rupture, shedding, poor staining, affecting the quality of slices. In this paper, a large number of literatures on slicing and dyeing, combined with experimental experience, according to the different characteristics of animal organization, the analysis of the various steps in the course of the possible problems, and explore the factors affecting its quality, for the production of paraffin slices to provide a simple, The system of paraffin section of the operating method points to improve the overall quality of bulk preparation of paraffin sections.

在研究人类和其它高等雄性哺乳动物生殖系统疾病时,时常会使用实验动物做试验依据。虽然灵长类动物相似性上更佳,但受到价格因素限制,选用者较少。大、小鼠及兔大多都易饲养,且繁殖率高,遗传上纯和度高[1]。以前因为小鼠体积小,在生殖系统形态学上比较难判定,难以准确地衡量,但通过石蜡切片的办法可以在组织学上得到有效的观察,所以我们选取小鼠作为试验的对象。
在雄性生殖系统中,睾丸是一种功能高度特化的性腺器官,它产生生殖细胞,并分泌雄性激素;附睾是排精管道,可以储存精子,促进精子生长发育成熟,睾丸和附睾对生殖系统的影响都是整体性的,包括形态、结构和位置,维系整个生殖系统的正常发育[2]。近年来生殖系统相关疾病日益增多,各种研究进展很快。对实验动物包括睾丸、附睾在内的各个雄性生殖系统器官进行组织学研究对基础医学而言就显的极有意义。
