Test on sterilizing effect in laboratory of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution

Abstract:To investigate the sterilizing effect of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution on microbes , sterilizing effect test was carried out with Newcastle disease virus(Losata), Hog cholera lapinized virus, and Porcine parvovirus(NADL2) as disinfection object in this paper, while selecting Compound Glutaral Solution as a contral. The results revealed that: The effective concentration of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution to kill the Newcastle disease virus(Losata) is 1:4000, the fastest time under this concentration is 60min. The minimum dilution degrees of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution to kill the Hog cholera lapinized virus is 1:8000 in five minutes; The effective concentration of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution to kill the Porcine parvovirus(NADL2) is 1:1000, the fastest time under this concentration is 5min. Glutaral and Deciquam Solution showed a powerful killing effect on those virus, but the killing rate of Glutaral and Deciquam Solution decreases with the increase of dilution times or the shortening of the action time.

由于单一消毒剂的消毒效果往往不太理想,亟需研究复合型消毒剂进行协同作用[15],增强消毒性能。戊二醛是一种具有杀菌谱广、副作用低、性质稳定等诸多优点的消毒剂,被誉为化学消毒剂发展史上的里程碑之一[6],是国内医疗器械消毒剂的首选[7]。而癸甲溴铵协同戊二醛能顺利进入微生物内部,改变蛋白质的结构和降低酶的活性,增强消毒作用,同时减小戊二醛的气味和腐蚀性[8]。戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液对大肠杆菌[9]、链球菌[10]等细菌的灭菌试验已有相关研究,但对病毒的杀灭效果试验鲜有涉及。本试验探讨戊二醛癸甲溴铵溶液对病毒的杀灭作用,扩大其杀灭微生物的范围,将有助于戊二
