根据办公楼楼设计规范和其它相关标准,以及设计要求和提供的地质资料,设计该框架结构办公楼。 按照先建筑后结构,先整体布局后局部节点设计步骤设计。主要内容包括:设计资料、建筑设计总说明、建筑的平面、立面、剖面图设计说明,以及其它部分的设计说明;结构平面布置及计算简图确定、荷载计算、内力计算、内力组合、主梁截面设计和配筋计算、框架柱截面设计和配筋计算、次梁截面设计配筋计算、楼板和屋面设计、楼梯设计,基础设计等。其中附有纵向和横向地震荷载作用下的框架弯矩、剪力和轴力图;恒荷载和活荷载作用下的框架弯矩、剪力和轴力图以及梁柱的内力组合表。
计算书中所有项目均以现行规范为设计依据。本设计还应用了中国建筑科学研究院开发的PKPMCAD系统进行了计算机辅助设计,完成了部分结构构件的内力分析和施工图设计。

Abstract
The subject of this graduation project is the structural type selection and construction drawing design of the office building of Taizhou electric power design institute. The building is located in Taizhou City, the construction area is about 3500m2, the seismic fortification intensity is seven degrees, and the antiseismic grade is calculated according to the two grade. The contents of this design include architectural design, structural selection, structural analysis and construction drawing design.
According to the office building design specifications and other relevant standards, as well as design requirements and geological data provided, the frame structure of the office building is designed. According to the construction after the structure, first overall layout, local node design steps design. The main contents include: design, architectural design of the total shows that the construction of the plane, elevation and profile design specifications, and other parts of the design; structural layout and schematic calculation, load calculation, internal force calculation and combination girder section design and reinforcement calculation frame section design and reinforcement calculation beam reinforcement design floor and roof design stair design basic design etc.. The bending moment, shear force and axial force of the frame under longitudinal and transverse seismic loads are included. The bending moment, shear force and axial force of the frame and the internal forces of the beam column are calculated under the action of constant load and live load.
All items are in the calculation to the current standard for design basis. This design has also applied the PKPMCAD system developed by China Academy of building research, carried on the computer aided design, completed the internal force analysis and the construction drawing design of some structural components.
