由于施工组织设计管理工作对建筑工程的施工质量发挥了重要作用，本文便以苏州市某综合性商业大楼幕墙工程项目为例，在掌握工程概况的前提下进行施工组织设计，对设计进行了编制说明，建立了施工组织设计目标，依据相关的玻璃幕墙施工规范规程，探讨项目组织机构、具体方案流程、施工进度、安全文明施工措施等方面的优化措施，重点分析幕墙施工具体方案流程、施工技术工艺及进度把控、安全管理的优化内容，结合本工程的特点和实际情况进行优化的施工组织方案，能够进一步指导施工组织、管理方面、实施方面的工作，对于提升施工质量以及建筑业经济效益都具备十分重要的意义。

As the construction organization design management plays an important role in the construction quality of construction engineering, this paper takes the curtain wall project of a comprehensive commercial building in Suzhou as an example, carries out the construction organization design on the premise of mastering the general situation of the project, illustrates the preparation of the design, establishes the construction organization design objectives, and formulates the construction plan according to the relevant glass curtain wall construction specifications A sound construction organization schedule mainly includes project organization, specific scheme process, construction progress and safe and civilized construction measures. It focuses on the analysis of the specific scheme process of curtain wall construction and the optimization content of maintenance schedule management. 一、引言
（一）研究背景
我国自改革开放以来，基建投入逐年增加，楼宇经济取得重大成就，人们对建筑市场的需求居高不下，迅速衍生出众多建筑施工企业。随着人们对高层建筑美学的追求及新时代生活工作的潮流趋势，便出现了玻璃幕墙的广泛应用。玻璃幕墙的出现可以说是现代建筑水平发展到一定阶段的产物，也是可以视为现代建筑发展的关键性标志所在。玻璃幕墙的特点是华美宏大，极富时代气息，受到了众多从业的推崇。相关统计资料显示，高层建筑设计中应用玻璃幕墙的情况越来越多，但是，需要指出的是玻璃幕墙毕竟是易碎品对于高层建筑的玻璃幕墙设计更需要科学合理的系统性研究。因此，对玻璃幕墙施工进行组织优化是一项刻不容缓的任务。
