摘 要本次的毕业设计是对济南阳光新路大桥的预算文件编制和施工组织设计。桥梁位于济南市，奥林匹克路以北，阳光新路以南，经统计，桥梁全长104米。总体上是通过图纸算得定额和清单的工程量，再用未来清单软件得到一系列报表，从而完成对该项目的施工组织设计。预算文件使用手算的方法进行算量，结合相关清单定额等规范，用未来清单软件进行报价并导出报价文件。施工组织设计需要编制说明及依据，包括项目简介，施工部署，施工准备，施工管理以及完整的施工措施、进度安排。对于一个项目，施工组织设计和预算文件编制能够客观地反映项目的实际情况，保证项目更快更好地进行，并尽快发挥其经济效益。

ABSTRACT
This graduation project is the budget document preparation and construction organization design of jinan sunshine new road bridge. The bridge is located in jinan city. It starts from the middle Olympic sports road in the north and ends at the sunshine new road under construction in the south. According to statistics,the length of the bridge is 104 meters.
In general,the construction organization design of the project is completed by calculating the engineering quantity of quota and list through drawings,and obtaining a series of statements with future list software. The budget document is calculated by hand,combined with the related list quota and other specifications,the future list software is used to quote and export the quotation document. The construction organization and design shall be illustrated and based on project introduction,construction deployment,construction preparation, construction management and complete construction measures and schedule.For a project, the construction organization design and budget document preparation can objectively reflect the actual situation of the project,ensure that the project is carried out faster and better,and give play to its economic benefits as soon as possible.
