Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to develop a community medical system. My initial main idea is that in this era of rapid economic development, community medical information management can catch up with the pace of development, so we need to develop a community medical system more suitable for social development.
With the rapid development of information science and technology, information technology and computer network are more and more important than other technologies in the society. The database technology, which occupies the main core position, makes the management mode of various fields in our country have a new look, and the traditional medical information management mode in the past will also face major reform. With the advent of a deep level of change, the use of efficient and fast information software provides a good environment for the development of medical confidence management system. The development and application of more advanced medical system is very necessary for all kinds of hospitals. It can speed up the efficiency of hospital information management, improve the management level of hospitals, and also speed up the improvement of medical level. It is a combination of modern hospital management thinking and information management technology. Nowadays, in order to reduce a large number of population aggregation and improve the epidemic prevention effect, the emergence of highquality medical system will certainly show more obvious advantages than the traditional artificial information management in more and more aspects, especially in the information collection, deletion, search and query, so that our information management personnel can avoid many unnecessary troubles. A powerful hospital management system is very important. It directly affects the quality of peoples daily life. After this research and testing, all the management functions of medical information can be used normally.

一、绪论
这一章主要是讲述了社区医疗系统的绪论，在这里我们通过对社区医疗系统的分析和研究，深入了解课题的研究背景以及现实存在的情况，从而领悟课题研究的意义。
（一）课题研究的背景
本课题研究的是基于web的社区医疗系统。在我们这个互联网驱动世界的时代，人工和线下已经逐渐被时代所淘汰。越来越多的人逐渐意识到对信息管理软件的合理运用能够使日常生活与工作更加的方便、快捷和高效。过去的医院信息处理方式主要是以人工为主，管理效率处处遭受到限制，浪费了信息管理人员大量的时间和精力。一个优质的医疗信息管理系统，能够实现信息全面的统筹与管理，大大地降低了病人就医和医院日常流程的时间损失。尤其是在疫情大爆发的今天，为了减少大量人口聚集，发挥更大的防疫效果，使用医疗管理系统只需要按功能操作就可以满足提高效率、节约时间的要求，进而给人们的生活带来了更大的便利。一个功能强大的医院管理系统至关重要，它甚至可以直接影响人们的生活质量。所以我们想要开发这个系统，跟上经济快速发展的步伐，更好的为人们大大的缩小时间成本。在整个开发完成以后经过测试，最终实现了之前的构想达到了最终效果。
