Enterprise staff performance appraisal system based on web

Abstract:For a long time, the existing problems are as follows: the enterprise staff performance appraisal are mostly singleangled and the leaders always have the final say, which not only is a waste of limited resources of enterprise but also the majority of the staff’s working enthusiasm greatly affected and not fully aroused . In recent years, with the development of society, Multidimensional assessment has been gradually introduced, but the corresponding technical means are difficult to adapt to multiple perspectives, dense frequency assessment management requirements, meanwhile the rapid development of information technology has provided a more robust support for it. In view of the enterprises’ appraisal system, using information technology , designing and developing the staff performance appraisal system with stronger ability of adapting , this article attempts to solve the common problems which are prevalent in the enterprise employee assessment presented as lack of objectivity and inadequate efficiency in order to meet the needs of modern enterprise management.
