一、ERP在南京苏果超市中的应用
（一）ERP的概念
ERP 是（Enterprise Resource Planning，企业资源计划 系统）的概念,指建立在信息技术 基础上，以系统化的管理思想，为企业决策层及员工提供决策运行手段的管理平台。ERP是从MRP发展而来的，是集采购、生产、配送、库存、财务、人力资源规划为一体的集成管理系统，将管理思想、管理目标、管理方式、管理制度有机结合的管理平台，通过对各项资源的最优配置，取得最大化的经济效益。
（二）ERP的发展历程
40年代：人们提出了订货点法 ，旨在解决库存规划的问题，当时还没有计算机的系统。
60年代的时段式MRP：计算机系统 的诞生与不断创新，使得人们对于复杂的运算与杂乱的数据整理得以更好地解决，为了解决订货点法 存在的一些问题，提出了MRP理论，即物料需求计划 。
70年代的闭环MRP ：随着人们对于MRP使用原理的理解的加深、计算机操作的日益娴熟及计算机系统 的大量推广，MRP的理论范畴也得到了更大的发展，为了能够更好的对采购、库存、生产、销售这几个模块进行管理，形成了闭环MRP 阶段（Closed-loopMRP）。
80年代的MRPⅡ：随着计算机技术 的超高速发展，对于信息的流通也更加快捷，信息搜集变得更加简单，信息也得到了极大的共享，因此MRP的各个子系统也进行了合并、统一，把所有的操作流程集中到一个管理系统内，形成了一个集采购、库存、生产、销售、财务、工程技术等为一体的子系统，发展了MRPⅡ理论。
ERP是一个管理系统，对于超市的整个运作流程都有着很大的影响，因此需要建立一个全面、完善的规章制度与操作规范。如果没有制度的限制，我们就不能保证工作效率，信息的准确性和数据的安全性，因此ERP管理就无法达到预期目标，这可能将导致整个管理系统崩溃。
