Abstract: Huocheng County is located in the northwest border of the motherland, in *景先生毕设|www.jxszl.com +Q: #351916072# 
the western part of Xinjiang, and in the northwest of the Ili River valley. The unique geographical location determines Huocheng County is suitable for wheat, cotton, corn, sunflower, beet and other crops, lavender and other spice crops, apples, grapes and other fruit crops. The seed industry is the most critical basic industry in agriculture and one of the indispensable industries in modern agriculture. This study investigated the current status of seed industry in Huocheng County, including the status quo of agricultural production in Huocheng County, current status of seed management, current status of seed production, breeding and promotion of crops, status quo of seed enterprises, and analysis of the advantages of seed production in Huocheng County. The advantages of strong breeding techniques are strong. At the same time, there are problems such as single varieties, insufficient development and promotion of new varieties of supporting technologies, low scientific research input, and lack of seed talents. The countermeasures for the development of the seed industry in Huocheng County are put forward: We will develop cooperation models for production, learning and research; vigorously promote the industrialization of agriculture; strengthen the management and guidance of seed work, strengthen management, and improve the level of seed management; cultivate seedleading enterprises; and develop the lavender seed industry for spice crops. It is hoped that these measures will accelerate the pace of development of the seed industry in our county and enhance the comprehensive strength and market competitiveness of our county seed company.
