如今宠物医院管理的信息化建设日益完善，宠物医院信息管理系统越来越普及。本文首先论述了课题的研究背景和意义，总结了课题的国内外研究现状，介绍了课题的研究目标和研究内容。接着对系统做了详细的需求分析，使用Java为开发语言，采用JSP技术、Spring MVC框架技术等，设计实现了基于B/S结构的宠物医院信息管理系统。本文着重描述了预约挂号模块、系统小助手模块、宠物诊疗记录模块、科普知识模块等的设计与实现。最后对系统功能进行了测试，基本达到预期设计目标。

Abstract：This thesis first discusses the research background and significance of the subject, draws a conclusion of current studies at home and abroad, and introduces the research purpose and research content of the subject. According to the research purpose and content of the subject, a detailed demand analysis was made on the system, the development platform and technology were introduced. The development language used in this system is Java. It adopts JSP technology and Spring MVC framework technology to design and implement a pet hospital information management system based on B/S structure. This thesis focuses on the design and implementation process of the system. The appointment registration module, the system assistant module, the pet diagnosis record module, the science knowledge module, etc. are designed and implemented in detail. Finally, the system functions were tested and basically achieved the expected design goals.

1.1 课题的研究背景和意义
随着社会的发展，人们的生活水平不断地提高，更多的人开始注重自己的生活质量，于是，越来越多的人开始养猫狗等宠物，宠物的陪伴丰富了人们的生活。越来越多的人不仅仅把宠物当做看门或者抓老鼠的“工具”，而是把它们当做自己的家人、朋友来看待，更加关心宠物的生活状况和生活品质，这些转变在一定程度上推动了宠物医院的整体发展[]。
