摘 要随着电信行业的不断发展，人们对电信行业服务质量的要求不断变高，作为行业领头人移动公司也越来越认识到管理平台在客户服务方面的不足，比如缺乏统一的提醒平台，所有的提醒需求由业务系统端到端实现，提醒逻辑散落在客户关系管理（CRM）现有的业务流程和后台进程中，这些将造成重复性的开发和运维工作；而且各系统中存在不同的消息模板，无法对模板进行统一管控和来源追溯，消息内容安全性保证达不到。
因此本文的研究内容就是面向移动客户短信的管理系统，其采用了Spring+Struts+Mybatis框架，应用JAVA语言和MySQL设计并实现了该客户短信的管理系统，功能有：场景目录管理、场景管理、标签管理、个性化配置管理、敏感词管理、营销短信管理、广告模版管理、消息模版管理、表监控等。该系统具有操作简单、功能全面的特点，为移动的工作人员提供了新的信息管控方式。
ABSTRACT
With the continuous development of the telecommunication industry, peoples requirements for the service quality of the telecommunications industry are constantly increasing. As the industry leader, mobile companies are also increasingly aware of the deficiencies of the management platform in terms of customer service which provides by the platform, such as: the lack of a unified reminder platform, all the reminding demand is realized by the endtoend business system, the reminder logic is scattered among the existing business processes and background processes of CRM. petitive development and maintenance work; and there are many different message templates in each system.,the template can’t be managed in a uniform manner and the source can’t be traced back, the security of the message content cannot be guaranteed.
Therefore, the research content of this paper is the SMS management system for mobile customers. The Spring+Struts+Mybatis framework and uses JAVA language and MySQL are used, is design and implement the customer SMS management system. The functions include: scene directory management and scene management. Label management, personalized configuration management, sensitive word management, marketing SMS management, marketing information management, message template management, watch monitoring and management. The system has the characteristics of simple operation and fullfeatured functions. It provides a new information management and control methods for mobile workers.
