摘 要 物流业是包含运输、仓储、货代、信息等产业的复合型服务业，是支撑国民经济快速发展的基础性战略性产业，对转变我国经济发展方式、促进产业结构调整、提高国民经济竞争力和发展力具有重要意义。 随着我国电子商务的快速发展，消费者订单数量的大幅增长，电商对物流的需求和挑战日益凸现，电商物流的瓶颈逐渐暴露，探索电商物流的有效发展路径显得更加紧迫和必要。 京东，作为中国最大的自营式电商企业，较早地认识到物流对电商发展的重要性，并不断投入大量的人力、物力和财力，建设自己掌控的物流体系。京东历经电商起步阶段、融资快速发展阶段和上市高速发展三个发展阶段，其物流运行从第三方物流到自营物流、再到混合式物流模式，现在已经在全国建成了七大物流中心、六个“亚洲一号”仓配中心、一批二级分拨中心、一大批区（县）配送站和乡镇配送点、自提点，形成了覆盖面广泛的物流体系。京东在混合式物流运营过程中，与供应商合作主要采取了FBP模式、LBP模式、SOP模式、SOPL模式，按照不同的角色和分工有效完成了巨大的电商配送任务，强大的物流体系和多种运行模式为京东的快速持续发展奠定了坚实的基础。 京东物流模式具有一定的现实性和前瞻性，对其他电商物流也具有很好的启发性。电商企业在思想上重视物流发展是保障电商正常运营的前提，在思路上提前规划物流是加强电商物流建设的战略，在举措上加强物流科技引领是增强电商企业发展的动力，在成效上凸显物流惠民是体现电商企业价值的关键，在创新上注重物流行业企业联动是支撑电商行业持续发展的助推剂。

The logistics industry is composite service industry Including transport, warehousing, freight forwarding, information services industry, is the foundation of strategic industry in the rapid development of the national economy, plays an important role in the transformation of Chinas economic development mode, promoting the adjustment of industrial structure, improving the competitiveness and development of the national economy.
With the rapid development of electronic commerce in China, substantial growth in the number of orders of consumers, business needs and challenges of logistics is becoming more and more obvious, the electricity supplier logistics bottleneck gradually exposed, effectively exploring the development path of
logistics is becoming more and more urgent and necessary.
Jingdong, as Chinas largest selfoperated electricity supplier companies, recognize s of the importance of the development of electricity supplier logistics early, and continues to invest a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, builds their own control of the logistics system. Jingdong after stage of rapid development of the electricity supplier initial stage, financing and listing of the rapid development of the three stages of development, the logistics operation from the third party logistics to selfoperated logistics, and then to the mixed mode of logistics. Now Jingdong has built seven logistics center, six Asia one warehouse distribution center, a group of two grade distribution center, a large number of district (county) distribution station and township distribution point, since the question, has formed a broad coverage of the logistics system. Jingdong in the process of hybrid logistics operations, cooperation with suppliers mainly adopts FBP mode, LBP mode, SOP mode, SOPL mode, according to different roles and division of labor，effectively completed the distribution of electricity supplier. The enormous logistics system and the powerful operation modes laid a solid foundation for the sustained and rapid
development of Jingdong.
