TVB(香港电视广播有限公司)作为香港首家商营的无线电视台,于上世纪60年代开业,其业务范围涉足节目发行、收费电视、音乐、电影、出版等多个电视行业,为全球最大的中文商营传媒之一。在我国实行改革开放后,开始引入TVB的电视剧剧集。TVB电视台在香港屹立不倒,久经风雨这么多年,必定有其特别的经营技巧。
TVB集团有其内部特殊的管理体制和节目运营策略,通过对其特有的对内对外的管理运行机制的研究,值得内地电视台和电视媒体广泛借鉴。
