ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of big data and the popularity of Internet and mobile terminal devices, a smart phone can obtain information anytime and anywhere, and produce a lot of data. Scientific and rational use and analysis of these data will undoubtedly achieve the business value of enterprises. Telemarketing is a typical performance of effective use of network data. This paper takes telemarketing as the research object, comprehensively uses the relevant theories of marketing and service marketing as well as the knowledge of strategic management, discusses the importance of telemarketing in customer development by using the methods of actual cases and qualitative analysis, and analyzes the advantages, existing problems and Countermeasures of telemarketing combined with the actual situation and actual cases of today's marketing environment Taking huibaishang network company as an example, this paper explores the solution paradigm of problems existing in telemarketing.
