摘 要
创新是当前现代化建设的核心，企业创新水平的提高对于加快建立科技强国意义重大，当前我国企业创新水平在国家的大力支持和鼓励下突飞猛进，其中知识产权保护、FDI流入在创新活动中发挥着重要的作用，完善的知识产权保护为企业创新水平的提高营造了良好的环境，较多的外商投资则有利于降低企业创新成本，提升企业创新效率。基于此，本文主要基于FDI视角，通过建立中介效应模型来探讨其流入是否会影响产权保护与企业创新之间的关系，从而在二者之间产生调节作用。通过研究发现：知识产权保护对推进企业创新有积极的正向作用，而FDI流入在知识产权保护和企业创新之间产生了中介效应，即知识产权保护对企业创新水平的促进作用部分是通过影响FDI流入形成的。从促进企业创新的逻辑出发，应该大力完善知识产权保护，进一步吸引外资流入，形成三者的良性循环；同时应加强基础设施水平如交通、通讯的建设，扩大对外开放水平，为企业创新奠定良好基础。
Research on the Influence of Intellectual Property Protection on Enterprise Innovation —— Based on FDI Perspective
ABSTRACT
Innovation is the core of the current modernization, the improvement of enterprise innovation level is of great significance to speed up the establishment of scientific and technological power. At present, the level of enterprise innovation in our country is advancing by leaps and bounds with the strong support and encouragement of the state. Intellectual property protection and FDI inflow play an important role in innovation activities. Based on this, this paper mainly based on the FDI perspective, through the establishment of intermediary effect model to explore whether its inflow will affect the relationship between property rights protection and enterprise innovation, so as to regulate the relationship between the two. Through the research, it is found that intellectual property protection has a positive effect on promoting enterprise innovation, while FDI inflow has an intermediary effect between intellectual property protection and enterprise innovation. That is, intellectual property protection to promote the level of enterprise innovation is partly formed by influencing FDI inflow. Starting from the logic of promoting enterprise innovation, we should vigorously improve the protection of intellectual property rights, further attract foreign capital inflows, and form a virtuous circle of the three. At the same time, we should strengthen the construction of infrastructure levels such as transportation and communication, expand the level of opening to the outside world, and lay a good foundation for enterprise innovation.
