行国家基础建设小到参与出租屋装修的复杂行业，建筑行业中的竞争环境也随着经济的发展和市场的成熟而日益趋向于白热化，随着时代的变化和技术的进步，市场也对工程管理提出了更高的要求，信息化成为了不可忽视的重要课题，它从一开始的新鲜事物，逐渐展现出使人们另眼相看的潜力。装配式工程则由于其具有工业化设计、流水线生产、模块化建造的核心特点，在信息化过程中展现出了不错的潜力和优秀的信息化相容性，在这样的背景之下，本论文的研究目的是从笔者的实习经历所出发，建设一个以某装配式工程施工为案例的装配式施工生产材料管理系统，以实现工程进度控制和生产资料管理为主要目的，采用建立数据库并将其与相应软件端连接的方法，最终基本实现了系统设计阶段预想的功能。本文主要完成的内容有：通过这次信息化管理系统的设计，证明了信息化系统在管理层面上的高效性和适用性。在装配式信息化相关理论基础上对工程管理信息化做出了初步的尝试。

DEVELOPMENT OF CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR PREFABRICATED BUILDING
ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of information technology, the state has also put forward technical requirements for deepening information construction in the construction industry. Since the reform and opening up, China s development speed is changing with each passing day. As a complex industry from large to national infrastructure construction to participating in rental housing decoration, the competitive environment in the construction industry has become increasingly fierce with the development of economy. With the change of the times and the progress of technology, the market has also put forward higher requirements for engineering management. Informatization has become an important subject that cannot be ignored. It gradually shows the potential of people to look at from the beginning of new things. As the assembly engineering has the core characteristics of industrial design, assembly line production and modular construction, it shows good potential and excellent information compatibility in the process of informatization. Under this background, the purpose of this paper is to build a prefabricated construction production material management system based on the author s internship experience. The main purpose is to realize the project progress control and production data management. The method of establishing a database and connecting it with the corresponding software terminal is used. Finally, the expected function of the system design stage is basically realized. The main contents of this paper are : through this design, proved the efficiency and applicability of information system. Based on the theory of assembly informatization, a preliminary attempt is made for engineering management practice informatization.
