Abstract
In this design, through the design of the injection mould for the switching parts of the vibrator, the basic theoretical knowledge system of the mould was established, the design and manufacturing process was improved, the operation level of the software was deepened, the theoretical calculation and checking method was strengthened, and the design technology reserve was made for the future work.
Firstly, according to the shape and structure characteristics of the plastic parts, the suitable thermoplastic polymer material type was selected, the injection process was analyzed, the number of mould cavity was determined, the design of runner pouring system was completed, and the cooling water channel of mould temperature adjustment was designed. For the design of the forming parts, the parting surface was selected, and the structure of the core and cavity was determined. Calculating and checking the dimension of forming. The reasonable layout of ejection system can realize the smooth demoulding of plastic parts. The standard GB mould frame system is selected to realize the design and manufacture of standard modules, and shorten the manufacturing cycle.
After the die design is completed, the relevant injection machines are selected by consulting the instruction manual of injection mould design, and the basic models of injection machines are determined. The injection quantity, injection pressure, clamping force and installation dimension are checked and calculated according to the parameter table of injection machines.
After the final completion of the injection mold can achieve fullautomatic production, according to the generation economy, the corresponding injection machine is selected to achieve. The whole set of moulds is ingenious in structure, reliable in work, reasonable in maintenance and manufacturing costs. A large number of standardized modules and parts are adopted, which can satisfy the present production practice of enterprises.
