鸡油菌多糖的分离纯化、结构鉴定与活性研究
摘 要
鸡油菌是我国四大名菌之,富含维生素C、胡萝卜素、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁等。其可食用、药用,味性甘、寒,具有清目、益肠、利肺的功效,鸡油菌提取物的抗氧化性、抗癌性、降血糖性已经得到了初步的证实。本实验旨在对鸡油菌多糖进行分离纯化与结构鉴定,之后再评价其对肠道菌群调节作用。采用热水浸提法提取粗多糖;离子交换柱进行纯化;高效液相色谱法测分子量和单糖组成;核磁共振法解析其高级结构;研究鸡油菌多糖对肠道菌群的调节。通过实验,主要了解鸡油菌多糖的结构以及其对生物肠道菌群的调节作用,为后来者研究鸡油菌多糖提供一定理论基础。
SEPARATION AND PRIFICATION, STRUCTURE IDENTIFICATION AND ACTIVITY STUDY OF POLYSACCHARIDES FROM CANTHARELLUS CIBARIUS
ABSTRACT
Cantharellus cibarius is one of the four famous fungus in China. Cantharellus cibarius is rich in Vc, carotene, protein, calcium, phosphorus, iron and so on. Cantharellus cibariuse is edible and medicinal, with sweet and cold taste, clear eyes, benefit intestines and benefit lungs. The antioxidant, anticancer and hypoglycemic properties of cantharellus cibarius extract have been preliminarily confirmed. The aim of this study was to isolate, purify and identify the structure of the polysaccharides from Coprinus Comatus, and then to evaluate its regulation effect on Intestinal Flora. The crude polysaccharide was extracted by hot water extraction, purified by Ion Exchange column, Molecular Weight and monosaccharide composition were determined by Highperformance liquid chromatography, and its high structure was analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance method. Through the experiment, we mainly understand the structure and the regulation of the Microbial Flora in the intestinal tract of the chicken oil fungus polysaccharide, which provides a theoretical basis for the later research.
